Abstract
Lifetime of proteins can be regarded as being determined by complex processes affected by various factors. On the other hand, it has recently been reported that protein lifetime is correlated with information of the sequences of the gene and amino acids, so that it is important to explore to what extent the sequences bear information about the protein lifetime. The objective of this research is to investigate the information extent in protein sequence information about protein lifetime, via making use of large protein language models constructed via deep learning as feature extractors, and studying the task of predicting protein lifetime on the basis of the extracted features of the protein sequence data.
